About Us
Measure What Matters
Our Purpose
Headquartered in Cambridge UK, we are a tech for good company making an impact on a grand scale. We want to make the future of work a place where leaders truly understand their people. When employers and employees are aligned and pulling in the same direction, everyone wins.
It all started when our founders, Bradley, Hugh, and Jerry, crossed paths at a trade show. They instantly connected over their shared passion for empowering people, supporting development, and fostering happiness at work.
They came together to tackle the problem of employee surveys from a completely fresh angle. Instead of starting with tired assumptions about the “right” questions to ask, they went back to first principles.
They asked: what information do leaders actually need to pinpoint problems and drive positive change? How can we gather that data in a way that’s simple, smart, and impactful?
With their combined expertise in software, information management, business leadership and HR tech, the trio set out to build a tool that would enable open, honest communication between employees and employers like never before. And so, Mint66 was born!
Sustainability
At Mint66, we don’t just talk the talk when it comes sustainability – we walk the walk.
We’ve harnessed cutting-edge tech to bring our vision to life. Built on Microsoft Azure’s green infrastructure, Mint66 is not just zero-carbon, but carbon-positive – taking CO2 out of the atmosphere and doing our part to make the future of work sustainable.
We’re paperless and offset our carbon footprint at https://ecologi.com.
We make sure every organisation in our supply chain is either carbon neutral or carbon positive. No greenwashing here!
We’ve got a clear roadmap for defining our environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance as sustainable. And we never stop reviewing and refining our ESG strategy to make sure we’re always making a positive difference for the planet.
We’re proud to be part of the next generation of tech for good. Ready to join the movement?
