We operate as a remote-first business, minimizing unnecessary travel and office energy consumption. Where travel is required, we favor rail over air. We are committed to measuring our carbon footprint annually and offset residual emissions through verified programs.
Social
We are committed to fair pay, inclusive hiring, and working with clients and partners who share our values. We actively support diversity in leadership - including through the executives we place.
Governance
Mint66 maintains transparent governance practices, including clear conflict-of-interest policies, data protection compliance, and honest, outcome-focused client agreements. We do not engage in practices we would not be comfortable disclosing publicly.
